Guides International Camp2007
Yeah... "Discover your potential", "Nurturing girls" and "empowering women". .. very inspiring.. This was the 'theme' for the Guides international camp this year... and yupz.. Teresa (3sa) and me drop by to visit earlier today..cos it was the 'visitors day..and well we wanna support Aileen..since she's our Guider and she's the deputy camp head....

Teresa (3sa) and me drop by to visit earlier today..cos it was the 'visitors day..and well we wanna support Aileen..since she's our Guider and she's the deputy camp head....Anywayz, met 3sa early this afternoon after lunchie with Boy...He went for scouts and then..i went for guides..=) So yupz.. reached Camp Christine over at 2ish...and saw lots of HQ peeps... and well as Boy said- i am famous.... cos my big face is on girl guides website..and yes. think some kinda 'recognise' me... haha
and Aileen just had to tell others too... "these are my ex guides.... and this one just came back from BP peak".. one biggest sadness thingy about the climb was that HQ didnt mentioned tat I was a SAC Guide..=( would very much have prefer that they did acknowledge i was from SAC la.. Oh wellz.. anywayz... cos of my "new fame" haha i was kinda arrowed....
Big arrow given by Chief Com of Guides... to plan the Guides annual Walkathon for nxt year... and haha since 3sa was with me... i roped her in...and now both of us are in the committee for the event.. so i foresee coming year will get me more involve in Guides...and see if after so many years...are things still the same..
We din stay around for too long since we din have much to do.. so we left at close to 5...and i headed home..cos its the Big day tomorrow..(21km run!!) and i think i am sooooo going to die ..hahah
