Jas came to visit

JAS CAME BACK Was over at Arab street for dinner at the place "Fika" together with G monster, Cari and Jas... yes JAS came back for a short yearly visit to Spore.....

Found this Neo print that was taken prob 8 years back .....heheh Jas, G and Me loooks pretty much the same just that we prob grew abit more mature hahahah... well was a great time of dinner together... the place was cosy and food was not too bad...

Went somewhere else after dinner to chill and play bridge..... and I drank Lime Juice.. come to think of it.. its been about 1.5 years since i officially quit drinking...haha 1.5yrs of not spoiling my liver... and well Cari asked why did i decided to quit drinking.. listed all the reasons and she commented that she had initially thought it was due to my religion.

Well I guess my religion is also one of the reasons for quitting drinking ba..other then all the other reasons for not drinking- health, costly, slows down my stamina etc.. I guess the main thing is also.. does drinking benefit me? (wine might be, but I dun like wine and beer) so yupz.

Jas and MeCari and GG-Robot and MEWas a nice evening together.. though i was tired from coming back late last night... but yupz.. I had to meet up with Jas..cos not sure if i will have time to meet up with her for the rest of the days that she is back...

well... prob wait another year before we can meet up with her again...

KL Trip

KL retreatThat's my favourite, most Yummilicious dessert ever in KL-Mango Lou.... just by looking at it, it is already super duper appetizing la.....

so yupz.. Leongie and me went for a short weekend getaway over the Hari Raya weekend... went over to KL together with Noel, Seng Yip and Pauline... and we stayed over at May Suan's house which was Superb...sort of like a resort, huge and nicely decorated....



So since we had a nice place to stay in for the 3 days that we were there.. most of our time was spent in the house actually- watching DVDs, lazing around... We went for a massage on day 2 that we were there too.. and a hair cut session on Day 3...Noel, Leongie and Me visited a church on Sunday too...

Our last meal at May Suan's before we came back to Spore..We were all too lazy to go for dinner outside.. so we da bao-ed KFC, and well chilled abit more before we left to be back in Spore... lala...

Was a great short weekend trip..and I think such holidays are great... lazying around.. no running around doing shoppings or sight seeing... oh no.. growing old le...

We came back wee hours in the morning last night (at 2am) and was super tired by the time we got home..and Well i took leave today..and am home...just woke up.. preparing to go out soon at 3pm..for an important meet up at Simei... and tonight... am going to meet JASMINE... Yes she's back in SPore....

A day trip to Kukupp

Gellies went to Kukup...

GEL had a day trip over to Kukup, last Saturday... well we had seafood, went to a pineapple farm and visit a kelong...overall the trip was ok only... we kinda felt the fireflies cruise trip 2 years back was much better....

Anywayz... shall let the pictures show what we did there...

I mean seriously.. who on earth our age will like such tours? the place wasnt done up nicely (as compared to museums or places of interests like Spore's) and it was totally not enticing at all..... we got so bored and started entertaining ourselves by taking boliao pictures...

Well we didnt really take much pics for the remaining trip...cos nothing much to take, or see, etc... but well was a nice getaway at least.. =)

ZL's 3N and 3D camp with us

Zhilong's Camp with usZhilong came over to "camp" with us at our Household of Faith yesterday evening.. Since both leongie and I was not wroking today... so it was great to have him around with us...

We woke up this morning with breakfast prepared by Zhilong for us (pic above) YUMs...How nice to wake up to such breakfast every day.. =)

Anywayz... was a slacking time at home, just chilling and relaxing on the sofa, watching TV and catching up with Zhilong... and then came Lunch time....when ZL went to prepare food for us again..while we the 2 slackers lazed around at home...

After Lunch, Leongie decided to hone his new found talent of playing the guitar with ZL singing along... and Zl learnt a new song too =) whilst I slack on the sofa, listening to them sing and play...And then later in the afternoon, I had to head to office to tend to something... so left Leongie and ZL to go shop for Dinner items..and when I came back... They were whipping up a meal already... And yupz.. ZL also decided to join the Gellies for our Kukup trip..so he extended his "camping" trip with us..

We invited my aunt and Uncle and Aunty rebecca and Charissa over to join us for dinner... since they were all coming for cell... and it was a great time of dinner together i must say.. =)

THis is one book that I kinda have "avoided" cos of the Hype given to this book... but well someone gave it to me Way before my bday.. cos she wasnt gonna be around during my bday time...APpreciated it loads =) hope you too found your purpose in life after reading this book =)

"Mei Nu" is one of the volunteers I have been working really closely with for the past couple of years at my work place... and well over time our working relationship have progressed on to that of friends..and I truly Thank God for a friend I found in her... and a nice person to work with.. =)
