Happenings in Jan 2010 (Part1)
From "china" to "India" Shall do a summary of happenings in January... somewhere in mid of Jan, when Leongie wasnt around.. while out shopping at Bugis with Char and Gladys, we decided to jio Gab, Pleong and Meilan to go Chinatown to take pics and walk around..

So we met up and went to Chinatown to walk around and take loads of pictures....

To usher in the tiger year..we have Gab to send his greetings..

Super 'channel-8 ish' Done with chinatown shopping, taking pics and walking around.. we headed over to India-Little india that is...
We had a quick supper at the prata shop, before we continued our 2nd part of random outing to Mustafa....Stewardess for Christ!!!was a happening night out and we all had fun..though tiring and sleepy trying to stay awake at 1ish am at little India... we all had our fair share of laugh and fun really... and we were thinking of more places to go next... hahaha till the next time...

Hey ALL... Happy Blessed 2010!! Haven been very active in updating here... apologies people..work's been pretty hectic since the start of 2010..and its only the 1st month and I badly need a break/ getaway already...

Oh wellz... wont be doing a reflection for 2009, and wont be doing a resolution entry for 2010.. but shall just summarise my thoughts for 2010 here...

In 2010:

1) I would hope to draw close to God.. By this i mean really close close... not just the routines of attending church, reading his word, but I would hope to build a close relationship with Him, and really hear his still small voice in my every day life, be real sensitive to His Holy Spirit guidance..

2) I pray that GEL will grow to the best of what God wants GEL to be.. the gellies to be spiritually mature and grow close to God too and take on leadership positions to serve in church

3) I want to enter the promised land that God has prepared for me... still praying for God's will and plans for me..and for me to really submit myself to doing His will

4) Be a better 'stewardess for Christ'.. Stewardess being the helper in bringing more to the eternal destination that Christ has prepared for us...

5) Be a better daughter/family member to my family.. Been absent from the family a lot when I was much younger, during my odac days of travelling and nus days of studying in school... wanna be the bridge in the family to bridge the gaps.. Thus far..household of faith have been the best place for us to have family gatherings..and I pray and thank God for that...

6) time management to manage time for hubs, friends, church and guides..

7) better manager of my own emotions- to be less impulsive ( i might not look like i am impulsive, but I am), to be less stubborn, to be more humble....

Well the list can go on and on.. but I guess these are the top few things I wish to achieve this year.. nothing material but more of inward character development and building that I belive God is moulding and preparing me for future and greater things...

ANywayz.. once again.. Blessed New year peeps... =) Pray that you guys will have a blessed year ahead too, to experience God's great blessings upon your life..
