Was a great day/night out yesterday (Sunday 29th April 2007).. hehe as the tittle suggest.. YES... i FINALLY watched Phantom!!!

It was my 4th time over at the Esplanade, having Great seats, but it was the 1st time I'm going as a Paying customer... heheh (yes I am one Blessed girl)... 1st time there was Mamma Mia with ah kong, 2nd was Forbidden City with Cheryl, (both cos of Aunty's company giving us free tix) 3rd time there was Dim Sum Dollies with my Boy (tix from his pal)..and yes 4th time here is Phantom...

Although this time i was a paying customer... Must say.. I truly enjoyed the whole production.... heheh though it did burnt a hole in my pocket..but yupz... it was all worth it... Love the props, love the amazing voice of the leads and all other performers... was amazing to note that they reallly made use of the 'limited' stage space given to create wonderful Effects....

SUPERB and EXCELLENT!!!

well was told by my dear sis tat one of her friends was refused entry cos she was dress too casual (Jeans, but NiceNice proper tube) so yupz... dressed a bit more formal... turns out that there were MANY others who wore Jeans but still managed to enter la... DARN... oh well tt's besides the point...

Anywayz... yupz.. to top the great performance which i watched with Bear, Eileen and Siang Ying... I had a not too bad dinner and also nice evening with the Lovable Boy... cos i was 'nicely' dressed, he dressed smartly too... so we went to Outback Steakhouse for dinner....

But well.. food was nice..but Not that NICE NICE... surprisingly... we both feel Jack's place steak were better...Hog's breath one is not bad too.... heheh..anyway after the super filling dinner, we went back to my place, slack abit and then it was off to TPY to get his Initial D anime series...

lalal and i met up with XiaoHei and Skee for awhile too (NEH NEH POK gathering, after SOOO long...) was a nice catch up......

WEirdo Encounter

Guess what? I met with another WEIRDO... and this time its a real Weirdo.... yupz.. was on my way to Church for Gel meet on Saturday...so i got up this bus... sat down..and then the weirdo stood up from his seat (he was seated in front initially) and started walking towards my seat....

While walking towards me... he was looking at me straight in the face, smiling at me.. (Machiam he knows me and I know him like that...so i Thought very hard to myself and tried my best to dig my memory banks to see if I do register his face in my 'friends' list... but NOPEz.. I DUNNO him....

and there he was standing beside me... looking at me, smiling at me... *turning to my hp, i started playing my game, and ignored him totally* From the corner of my eye, I saw him (by now, he's seated just the seat to the left of me) and i can see him smiling and looking at me *as though he just met a long lost fren*

Other peeps on the bus started looking at me...*must have tot I was some heartless person, ignoring my 'fren'..but truth is I DUNNO WHO HE IS la...

So finally it was my stop that I was going to alight...I was sooo worried he will alight with me la.. *the bus stop is damn ULU*..but thank God he didnt... after I alighted.. i look towards the bus.. The weirdo was still smiling at me..and even WAved goodbye to me la...

And best.. the ultimate was... I saw him holding on to his hp (which i presume has the camera function) and lala.. he was holding it facing me... and the passenger sitting behind the weirdo actually LOOked at his hp, and then turned to look at me.. giving me a "i think he took ur picture" look..

ARGHGHGHGH why am i 'attracting' all this weirdos?? something across my face to say.. "I'm a nice person... friendly girl towards all weirdos??" Anywayz... so scary..wonder what that weirdo will do with my 'photo' if he really did take picture... YIKEsz.... dun wanna think too much...

Random Thoughts for today

1) I finally dreamt of her last night... after soo long... Feeling of 'seeing' her again was nice although it was short...dream was set in void deck...we were preparing for her funeral...and she was the one that told us that she was leaving us.... hmmm funny dream...but well still glad i dreamt of her FINALLY....

2) I saw her friends this morning.. her group of ah po friends.. who were sitting at the usual place (which she will usually be with them)... I smiled at one of them as i walked past.... Ah Po looked at me... Smiled and said "you're fong jie's grand-daughter ah?" I replied... Yes and smiled too.. as i walked away... tears started welling up in my eyes and i was reminded of her...

3) I am glad I am starting to blade more frequently now... went blading with Weilun, Rohting, Shu Hong and Weilun's friend-Mei Qing last night... Weilun came to pick me up and we went to ECP to eat and Blade... nice cool session of blading... I wanna learn more stunts, but first...need to know how to T brake properly 1st.. hehe

4) I was sad... sad tat i was "so near, yet soooo far" from the Lovable boy last night... I was over at ECP, he was running course at the ECC, was probably bout 2km away from him... he was supposed to jog out, i was supposed to blade over..but well that didnt happened....so we didnt meet...

5) I'm glad though.. that my dear lovable boy knew i was disappointed...and sent me a sweet lovely sms.. to cheer me up soon after "Dun be disappointed, as much as u miss me, i feel e same way too.. its gonna be real soon b4 i see u again... take care"

6) I'm felt great that God is using me in my work place...to be an impact to some of the kiddos at work.. we might not really effective change the way they think and lead their live, but at least we do give the little 'impact' that God has planted me there for...

7) I am looking forward to the coming Public Holiday on Tuesday (Labour Day), and also the Bday Bash that we will be having with the Oldbies...for CHimy Da Ge..

8) I think I might not have enuff leaves to last me till end of the year.. cos I have mission trip, church camps, Guides 7 days walk, and other short trips i plan to go on this year... help me think of ways to maximise my leaves....

9) I wanna start jogging again soon...cos i shall train up for 21km this year.. hahaha.. shall set my personal best again...

10) Think i shall head to bed soon.. cos i am sooo sooo sleepy....

Yupz, Dear Lovable Boy came to pick me up from GH, we went for dinner, and it was nua-ing at his place...manz. his parents are going Taiwan for Hols this coming week,.. I WANNA GO TOO!! anywayz... was a nice evening chilling out together, watching TV (Luxury for us)..

Soon he will start Mon to Fri courses over at Ubin wun have the luxury of meeting up on weekdays already *Total Sian-ness*, so yupz.. am glad that we have the little time together now...

Just in a short span of a few weeks.. I feel as though i'm living in a time machine with a time bomb which is about to explode anytime...

The time bomb occassionally sound its 'alarm' and make some noise... and that kinda affected everyone else in the time machine... everyone else wish to return to the times before..but yet..its not possible... Sometimes, we try to understand from the time bomb's point of view...

But as all would know, time bomb knows no bound... they do not know when they will explode too.. and they do not realised that the things they do might get unreasonable at times .. the effects of the explode each time that they leave behind is disastrous it leaves people scar-ed for life........

My week that passed sooo quickly.

My week passed by soo quickly...

The week passed real fast this week.. haha is it me? or hahah is work getting better?? lala.. anyway.. haven really been meeting up much with my supper mates... Miss having my night supper with VinVin, Bear, Monster, MAN etc.. also miss meeting up with some peeps..eg: Skee, Zhu, Mei*yu, Guides peeps, etc etc...

7days a week... isnt too long ya?? haha Mon is usually my work late days, Tues=bible studies, which leaves Wed, Thurs and fri to meet up with frens..(sometimes BF, sometimes to have family conferences for work etc), as for Sat= GELLies day...and Sun= church and bf day... so yupz.. how to meet up with frens, and spend enuff time with family???

PAss few days have been spent, going for bible study on Tues, meeting Boy on Mon n Wed..meeting with my fellow gel leaders...and today... went to Bishan with my der Brat Cousin-Pearlyn..

Was supposed to meet Rohting in the evening..in the end... met Pearlyn for dinner instead..went to Bishan.. walk walk around..and then we had Subway for dinner.. haha these days.. all our dinner are eaten outside home...

Kitchen's untouched since mama passed away... aunty dun do cooking.cos she end work late..and well dun wanna dirty the place (more work to do)... We used to have homecooked food every other day.. and we didnt really make it a point to eat home.. now...its too late for regrets...

I Miss mama's mee siam, i miss mama's nasi lemak, i miss the veg and every other things she cook.. I miss the sambal she makes (she grinds n makes them herself...for my ah kong), I miss the Liang Cha and soups that she boil just for us to stop coughing... I miss her buying food for me...

And sigh.. thinking about things like Tang Yuan Jie... just makes me miss her more..cos this year.. No more home made Sweet Tang Yuan for us.. =( sometimes.. i wonder if its possible for me to dream of her and in those dreams she can teach me to cook and hand me her recipes... but well.. i think i'm thinking too much.....

till now.. all we can do is just remember the lovely food that mama once used to cook.... remember the way it smelt, the way it tasted and the way it look.... only in our mind.....

Sometime back.. in my OLD Blog.. in diary-x.. (in case u din realised... i didnt started blogging only in feb 2006, I started way back in May 2003, but the Silly diary-x blog kinda died on me..so my past entries were all GONE, and so i had to start from scratch)..yupz.. back to my old blog..

Sometime back, i blogged about my First love..and that's none other then Kevin aka ZhiZhi... (ZZ) so yupz.. well let's blog bout him again... hahaha Since he doesnt read my blog...

Back in good OI first 3mths days... this silly goose here was transferred to CG103 (ZZ's class) and yupz.. her frens were all in that class, even her new friends too.. peeps like (Yue papa, Jiayi, Andrew, Avan, etc etc) and well.. things were fine for a period of time.. untill one day.. ONe fine day...

Jean and Kat told silly goose that there was this one St Gab's guy (ZZ) who likes her... lalaa.. and then.. from that moment.. Silly goose started looking out for this St Gab's guy (SACians hated gabrielites then) so that she can "condemn" him la.. haha *Yes i was that evil*.. ZZ used to be absent from class (I was transferred to this class, but before i was transferred, i already knew most of the peeps then cos i was a regular intruder into their class... but ZZ wasnt around)..

Right after i was transferred there.. haha ZZ started attending classes... so yupz.. silly goose started noticing him too.. as time went on... they started talking everynight on the phone.. and then the usual, he give flowers to her etc etc...This went on for some time.. before they actually got together...on 18th April 1999 (8yrs back)

the time that ZZ and silly goose was together wasnt long.. (4mths).. times together were sweet and simple...but things kinda grew stale.. cos of the fact that we were in different schools etc and of cos.. silly goose was the mean heartbreaker...just needed time to think it thru..and so avoided him....

So after 4 mths of being together...we kinda called it Quits.. since then.. we didnt really keep in contact untill only few yrs back...

So yupz...back to present... hahah So we only started contacting each other only since few years back..cos he came for my 21stbday... and then we didnt meet up again untill last Oct.. and then so since OCt till now.. we do talk on msn etc..

Just the other day...we had an interesting conversation... spoke bout us 8yrs back..hw we started and hw we ended up saying Bye to each other... well kinda think though things are over for sooo long liaoz.. but still somethings were never made clear.... all were swept under the 'carpet' so we just had to come clean to clean the carpet too..

Sometime back.. i heard from someone that a mutual fren actually told ZZ that i was seeing someone else..tt's why i decided to break his heart... so that night.. i spoke to him.. this was discussed.... and well i guess after 8 yrs.. haha it was a good Closure for both of us... (not that there was anything that might change la)

My point in this long entry being that... well if there's anything u wanna say to someone.. Do it.. dun keep it to ur heart... and well might just help that someone or even urself Move on with life... lalala..

And yes.. My darling dearest Lovable Boy... I know u wun feel threatened etc.. but hahah just in case some shit-stirrers try to stir shit between us too.. hahaha.. just so u know... NO WORRIEs, hahah u're holding that special place in my heart Nw... =)

Goodness, i'm slowing down on updates AGAIN. forgive me folks.. So what have i been doing since my last update... I've been blading with Weilun over at ECP, attended my 1st ever Fren's wedding dinner and of spending time with the lovable Boy before he gets busy again... hahaa

Blading with Weilun (Thursday 12th April)
Haven touched my blades for the longest of time.. and yupz.. in case u haven seen my blades.. here are my blades.. courtesy of My wonderfulous Colleagues (Haz, KKMM, Lyn, Dawne, Ali, Zhen, Teck) and MY great sis in guiding (Teresa, -G-, Cari, Jas, Ching) and of cos myself.. haha

Anywayz, weilun came over to my office to pick me up for our blading session over at ECP.. bladed from MAc over to Bedok Jetty and then we went to hawker to wait for Rohting and have our dinner...

Lovable Boy was running course over at ECP this week, and so.. i had the priviledge to meet up with Him, as he borrowed blades to come look for me.. =) *SMILES* and so while Rohting was talking to Weilun, Boy and me went blading over to Mac and then back... spent some short nice time together, blading at night...

First Wedding dinner of Fren (Saturday 14th April)
Yuppers.. damn suaku... this was like the First wedding dinner i attended in Years la.. the last one i attended was with my family back when i was in Primary school..and yupz.. it was the first wedding dinner of a Fren's that i attended.

The Groom (Eric) was my fren, well i was seated with the rest of his trekking frens (we form 1 table ourselves).. outta the 10 invited ones.. hhaha i was the only one from a 'different generation' from them *Opps LULU is soo going to kill me for saying this* haha

Well.. 8 turned up and outta the 8 of us (Ningyuan, Jennifer, Claudia, Norman, Chimy, HuiLing, LuLu and me) i knew most of them, seen them before dun haven spoken to them much..cept for Chimy, Huiling and LulU of cos.. and well kinda think they all were Stunned to see how come this young punk *yours truly* was there... haha

Anywayz... despite the generation gap.. haha we all had fun.. talking and realising how small the world, especially Singapore is... how we know someone who knows someone whos knows us...kinda thing.. haha

The night was great...and the night's topic centered around weddings.. haha was discussing absurb and crazy, innovative and unique weddings lor.. haha I volunteered to be Lulu's and Chimy's wedding planner...

Well.. All In All. it was a great night of fun, laughter and a great gathering i must say... cant wait for our next meet up.. most likely on the nite before May 1st.. will be getting in touch with many of u soon.. for this meet up.. =)

Went for the silly Lovable Boy's scout unit's campfire on Sat night (07.04.07).. the theme was FUSE which stands for (Fantastic Unicorn Scouting Experience).. nice theme...since he hasnt seen me in uniform before.. and cos i kinda promised him to wear uniform after much 'pleas' from him...And well..since i haven don the uniform for the longest of time, since I haven been to a campfire in ages...


I decided to 'make a come back' hahah.. so yupz.. got Teresa to go to the campfire with me.. she's the only one left now *b'sides the rest (NANA who's in Canada, and Jas who's in Aussie) who is still as crazy bout doing silly things in Guiding with me...Oh wellz.. we met earlier over at Teresa's place...and haha got changed.. and started taking pics even over at her place...

The campfire was great.... but well it feels different to be sitting over at VIP area instead of in the scout or guide area screaming our lungs out... WE are indeed OLDER liaoz... haha and well.. kinda being 'suan-ed' too for being in my uniform... hahah some of Boy's fren couldnt recognise me.. and some even said I should be wearing the scouts one instead..but well hahah I pledge loyalty to Guides lalala.

Vic was in church Yesterday...so after service...Gel babes decided to go out..since its been a long while since we went out and hang out together after church... Off we went to have lunch at Sakae in Tampines..and then off to Ikea we went...

My Phuket Trip with Skee

We finally went on our "Secret Getaway" to some island Somewhere.. after talking about it for SOOO many years... hahah we just had to leave the country.. to get away from Screaming demanding kids and customers... to leave our BOYFRIENDs behind (OPPS) hahha..and just Go relac somewhere far far away.. (not that far actually)

So yupz.. Booked our tickets.(haha at the spur of the moment) and haha Just Whack la.. and off we went... from 20th March to 23rd March 2007

WE went to visit PhiPhi Island (been there before together back in 2003 before Tsunami) just to see how much it has changed... well seems pretty much the same cept that its more commercialised now... and then we spent the rest of the time sunbathing, walking around..and well din wanna go Snorkelling etc..so we took a day package to try White water Rafting and also Canyoning (abseiling down the waterfalls)..COOL huh? hahah..

Well..been going to work late..with my fellow Toa Payoh Kid=Hazel.. we will meet in the morning..be the "alarm clock" to each other...and go to GH together...haha machiam like going school days (when u will meet ur frens to go school together)

Yupz..anyway last night.(Thursday 03.04.07)...Teck, Haz and me went for supper cum Dinner at ChompChomp.. purpose was to check out my mum's stall there.. Yes she and my stepdad (Mr Goh).. opened a food stall there.. selling Western Food.. Shop is the 2nd stall from the most left row (if facing the stalls) shop name's "Sheffrey's Corner" named after my stepsis...

lala.. come to think of it...I've never eaten anything cooked by my mum before...so haha when the Food came.. (Chicken chop, fried rice etc) *though most are cooked by Mr Goh.. mum did help to prepare some*.. Haz was like commenting..."WAH... Mu Qing de Ai" (translate: Wah..motherly love..) damn funny la...

Oh well they say the food is not bad... so yupz.. hehe do give my mum support if u happen to be at chompchomp... and yupz.. back to the night with Haz n Teck.. was talking to them bout rather interesting topics... hahah loads of personal sharing....Must say it's nice to know u have frens who accepts u for who u are..and not judge u.. Guess being in the social service line kinda help us not judge pple too... *THANKS Teck n Haz* =)

WEll we kinda called it a night finally at 2ish...when we were all tired...and so cabbed home..and yupz.. i headed straight to bed then... too tired liaoz...

I am leaving the Country again.... and this time i am off to Hong Kong for 5days... together with the Boy...but not for shopping..more of a slacko..and at the same time..adventure trip (going kayaking, trekking and going to O*B*S)

Anywayz... dun miss me folks.. i'll be back soon...and i know i still owe u all pics of Phuket...hahha some "treats" for some of u..(beach babes pics) hahhaa.. and yupz.. update when i'm back..
