Batam trip with church peeps

Went "overseas" over the weekend.. to Batam.. with Leongie.. was a church trip.. where we thought most of our youths were going too.. ended up the only youths were Charissa and us... oh wellz.. anyhow.. Kong Kong, mum and Sheffrey came along too...
Didnt really had much to buy but it was a good time of just being away from work and away 'overseas' hahaha..and well we had Elliot's company too and that's really cute.....

Glad that mum and Sheffrey came along... cos Stepdad was away in JB for some work assignment... so they came along for this trip after hearing it from Kong Kong... well seldom get the chance to spend like 1 whole day with them..so it was good too...
Guess like what Leongie said.. think the purpose for us going for this trip wasnt so much to shop etc.. was more so for the fact to build relationship between us and my mum and sheffrey...

happenings in Jan 2010 (part 2)

Bumming Month Month of Jan have been termed the "bumming" month.. kinda... cos of the few bummers around.. and who are the bums?- Gabriel (who is only studying at night, cos he attends night classes), Charissa (who has stopped work since oct and is not working yet), Gladys (who is waiting for appeal results from school) and Pearlyn (who is waitng for Poly to start)... and me the Half Bum who wanna be a bum but cant be one...

So yupz.. these bummers goes around exploring new places every week.. with Gab driving them around to find new places, to take pictures, eat etc.. I wanna join them real badly.. but sigh.. WORK... but well.. at least i managed to join them for a couple of their outings... and suppers... so that kinda sums up my January.. hahaha
