Healthy Lifestyle is back
Yuppers.. my healthy lifestyle days are back.. haha went for run last night... and now (i just came back from Bible study) and i am going blading soon ... anywayz.. am glad i'm into running and trying out blading, now that i dun really trek that much.. hehehe..anywayz.. some updates as well..

Didnt managed to go to Guides camp..cos had to work today...early in the morning..woke up real early as well.. =( anywayz.. left work and went for GEL meet... Hua Ken was sharing today... manz.. miss those days when Hua Ken shared...sometimes I really hope Hua Ken was back here...and then wun be carrying such a heavy responsibility in terms of chairing the whole GEL...
But well.. God has his purpose in everything He does..i'm sure..God is training me up for something.. =)
Met up with MAN and weilun after churchie... went to ECP for dinner and after dinner..we (3some) slowed walked down to Bedok Jetty...and started talking bout Relationships (haha to get into the Vday mood)...nice time together talking and just chilling by the sea... We decided to meet up with the peeps out for Night cycling (Bings, Mei, YT, Ah Hong, Carol and Skee), so we drove down to Selegie to meet them for a drink before heading home...

Went home after church..(2nd week in a row...lalal meeting lesser and lesser of Boy these days... =( ) anywayz.. haha met up with Weilun again.. he came to pick me up..and we went to Punggol Park to blade... bladed till 4 and then MAN said he was going jogging..so decided to meet him at the cemetry park near his place..
Went there...the terrain was too good for blading so in the end we walked...and then had desserts at Jacksons..before Weilun sent me home... once home..family went for dinner together..while i waited for boy...
He came..and we went for dinner together at Bishan..before he went for supper with his pals..while i decided to come home to rush my report instead.... and well.. emotions got the better of me..and was real emo again... oh wellz... went to bed hoping for good days to be back...

Sent my 1st girl to Girls Home this year... kinda feel sad that this has to be the 'path' for her..feel bad for her family as well.. plus the fact that its CNY this week, and they wun be able to have a reunion dinner tog... but sighz..kinda sad that She's still externalizing her mistakes...
Anywayz..worked real late..and so went for late night dinner together with my fellow piggies again..only this time was without KKMM.. Yizhen joined us instead...

life journey, my job
Life Journey...My job..
Went for a run today.. late evening run..together with one of my kiddo.. went running around GH area.. and well kinda feel it was a good run and also a good knowing each other better session... looking forward to having more runs with him...
Am glad this boy of my came a long way..and am glad how he has grown over the past few years... Guess its things like this that keeps peeps like us in this Line going.. how we might be an impact to someone else's life, how we do change and help someone else just by the little things we do...
Just the other day...i was talking to one of my Ex-girl as well...One of the most notorious one ever when she was in GH then... one that some peeps never tot would ever change for the better.... But she proved them wrong... and I glad she did... and a consolation to me was that..I played a part in helping her Proved those people wrong..
She was thankful and grateful for being in GH (though she hated the fact back then), she was able to realise that if not for peeps like me *Smiles* she would not have realised certain truths in life...Things like this kinda made me feel real better... and know that there's still HOPE in them.. the so called "ingrates" that are yet to become Grateful people..
anyway.. the run around GH was definitely a managable run for both my kid and me..even if it wasnt, I'm sure we will be able to manage, if given proper training etc... just Like in Life...the race that we are gonna run and take part in is gonna be a long one ahead.... how we will handle it..really depends not just on ourselves..but also knowing that people around do care for us....

My KiKi
My KiKi
Back in NUS days..When Skee and me were walking around in the Bazzars, we spotted this Black Black "monster" soft toy.. hahah decided to get it... and we each own one of it... haha Mine's called KiKi while Her's is FiFi..
we decided on their 'bday' (ahaha lame huh?) and their bday was: 8th October..(cos skee's born on 7th Sept, and I'm on 9th Nov) so 8th Oct is the in between..hahaha..I must say both KiKi and FiFi are rather fortunate toys..haha they've travelled quite a bit to other parts of the world, and been on trips with us..
KiKi- been to Nepal twice...Went to Chengdu, Tibet, Bangkok, Malaysia
FiFi- Europe, China, Japan..
FWAH!! hahah even some of us dun get to go to these places huh? haha.. anywayz.. spotted this pic earlier on..and it Brighten-ed up my day... This pic was taken back in NUS days, while i was mugging for exams..and hehe note the pretty yellow sunflower??

Its the emo period again... time of the month is approaching and I guess its good excuse to blame everything on Time of the month... oh wellz, I'm walking on very thin line these days...

Thin line of giving up everything or holding on
Thin line of breaking down or pressing or
Why is it I cant seem to find support and solace in the people I want support and solace from?

Night Out
Nights Out (part 2)
Sun 4th ~ Tues 6th Feb 2007
Was out in Chalet... was the Retreat for peeps in my department... so lala.. after church on sunday, me went home to pack my stuffs, while Boy came over to nua before we went for dinner...and he sent me to the chalet...
HAz booked the chalet (mon n tues) for work retreat, and Sun for the Piggies to slack and nua and just hang out together... so lala.. when i reached, Teck, Haz, ZY and KKMM was there liaoz... and nua we did.. haha.. played cards, played bridge, watch TV, commenting on the superstars etc...
watched Tv and Stayed up till 3ish before we concussed big time...
Next morn (5th Feb)..we met the rest of the dept peeps..at Pasir Ris MRT... well 2 chickenadens chickened out..and the 2 were the peeps we actually wanted to trash things out with.. oh wells it kinda shows alot huh... anyway the rest of us went to buy food for BBQ and then it was off to the chalet for lunch
We started talking and it was sooo spontaneous.. things just flowed and we kinda skipped the games n ice-breakers, as we continued to talk on plans etc.. before we knew it, it was dinner time..and Teck n me were off to set fire...
Rest of the night was spent well, knowing each other better, doing our little parts of the BBQ... nice teamwork shown and good evening of fun and laughters...
Next Morning (6th Feb) was out individual planning time for each dept.. Dawnie and Ali bought us food and we kinda had R N R time... i left the chalet for couple of hours (for bible study) and then returned at night close to 1am together with ZY....
And then.. haha the few of us who stayed over (teck, Haz, Zhen and me) had an interesting conversation..haha learnt some new things from them as well.. manz.. I am INNOCENT!! hahah
The retreat was great.. We (all who went) had fun and definitely enjoyed ourselves... sure hope the other 2 who chickened out did reflect upon themselves... lala.... Thanks HAz for all the hard work...

Sorry folks..for the lack of updates these days.. been busy, been out the past few nights (cos was at chalet).. been lazy and just didnt wanna update... so for peeps like DKNY who's "demanding" for updates for entertainment sake.. haha guess i should start to charge for my blog updates huh?? anyway... updates all at once...

Was boy's dad's bday today..and so went to have a meal together with Boy and his family.. Boy came to pick me up and we went to Jurong Hill for tepanyaki with his family...haha the last time i was here was just 2 months back for my Bday...
Food was great as always..and the night was fine too....anywayz.. Happy Birthday Uncle...

Met up with CJ again... 2nd time in 2 weeks... well.. haha was supposed to meet at Hougang..but well kinda conned him to coming to Toa Payoh to meet me... so lala we went for dim sum at Fortunate restaurant... not too bad meal..
Simple meal and simple catching up once again.. before we called it a night... and then I was off to meet MAN and weilun for kopi ... haha they seems to be my new supper mates now..since Papa Bear and Vin is preoccupied with work these days...

Long day at work.. poor Vin.. waited outside my office for me for the longest of time.. (3 hours)..*Record Breaking*.. well was doing some investigations and had asked him to leave first if he wants..but nice Vin said: "waiting for you...."
And when i went out to his car.. feeling real sorry for making him wait that long... he didnt complained a bit... not a bit of anger, No irritationg, no frustrations in him...Not the least bit pek chek..and that kinda make me felt better... THANKS ALOT Vin... a fren in need and a great fren indeed.. my dearest PTS hahaha
Oh wells.. we were headed towards Sentosa,..cos of our 18th Log Cell chalet gathering..by the time we got there it was close to 12 and we all talked abit and then it was Sleeping time.. haha slept and concussed at 1ish (all working peeps now.. old liaoz..cant stay up late)
