Horrible Cramps....

Goodness.. i've never realised how painful, how much torture one has to go through when one gets the cramps..cos i never really had cramps.. not until yesterday afternoon.. Gosh.. i seriously wished the womb in me didnt belong to me la...

was out with Charissa, Emmy and Victoria over at Bugis.. and yupz... cramps starting and it just got worst... starting having headache, and even felt like puking...got cold and then just felt the lethargic-ness in me... Goodness.. never felt like this before la..

Was soo darn painful i nearly cried...*think i did.. i teared* anywayz.. took a seat over at Yoshinoya while the girls had lunch with Vic's fren Kailing...wanted to puke i rushed to the toilet to puke.. darn..the queue was damn long la.. thank God i didnt puke *so embarassing*

got back, and popped 2 penadol red..thinking i will feel better after a while..but well the pain just grew worst and i was getting real cold and weak.. tot it was better to go home.. manz..super jialat la..

wanted to take bus back..but worried i will puke on bus...so took a cab instead.. thanks girls for waiting for cab with me.. and yupz.. the pain only left me.. at 6 which was 2 hours after i popped the pills...but the relief din last long... cos the pain came back to huant me at night...

Gosh..it must be the Beer... haha.. so no more beers, no more Cold drinks..no more tea 1 week before the monthly "aunty" comes to visit from now on....
