Thursday 11th September 20081 year ago.. on this date, 11.09.07.. 15 people from 5 different countries (of which 3 were Singaporeans...me and boy being one of the 3...and also Mummy's Boy)... made history by being the first expedition group to summit BP Peak which stands at 5716m.. 
1 year on.... On the same day.. we had a BP Peak summit day gathering..over at Alex (Yong Yong from Korea)'s hotel room when he came for a work trip to Singapore...

So we sat around... talked, look at pictures..and just talked about how we all thought the gradient for BP peak was just 30 degrees ascent..but turned out to be close to 90degrees... haha thank God we were spared from nasty weather conditions, thank God we were prepared and brought the necessary equipment...

Was a great time talking bout the nepali scouts and how they had actually climbed without any harness, bout how they didnt know how to tie the prusiks, how the 'lifeline' was like 'clothesline".. haha Reminiscing those days in the mountain...
We only called it a night at 2ish...when we realised it was a working day the next day.. and well said bye to Alex...and "See him in Korea in December"... hahaha (for those who dunno... I am heading to Korea in december with my family for holiday) so yupz.. will be seeing Alex again soon..
