Project WALK 07

Project WALK 2007 Was Walking a lot over the weekend... and well I would rather want to be WAlking then to be at work....

Project WALK flagged off on Sat 17.11.07 at Bedok Reservior.. was to be there at 8am...and lala. met a fren NY for breakfast prior to that... Super Early breakfast over at Bedok... so haha everyone (Aileen, Zi, Ching, 3sa) was stunned to know that I manage to reach Reservior on time.. =)

Anywayz, din know most of the guides..cept for some Sec 2s and of cos All the Sec 3s (since all Sec 3s were there for the 2005 walk)... and haha one of the Sec 3-Raine was like soo happy to see me.. cos I am her "jiu ming en ren", saved her during the kayak in the last Camp.... haha.. seems like back to the good old days of being 'idolised' by juniors... haha

Oh wellz, we walked from Bedok Reservior to Hougang, and had our lunch there.. pace was kinda slow....din wanna pushed them too hard since it was Day 1 only... and well reached our Rest Point for the day at 4pm at Bishan Guides HQ...

After dinner..we the seniors took a quick nap while waiting for meeting...and haha Me and Nalvinda went for a run round Bishan..*i badly need to run..cos Stand Chart run is coming up..i think i can hardly manage 12km...needless to say 21km???*

Oh ya.. for the record for NANA and Su-an's sake.... haha.. Zi is no longer the LLF (Lowest Life Form) cos.. Phoebe Soh has took over that status.. hahaha..but like we said.. since she looks abit like Captain (ms tan) she happen to be the LLF and the HLF at the same time.. haha if u get what i mean..

Sunday morning, 18.11.07. had wanted to go for morning run..but was too lazy and sleepy..so gave that a miss.. we were walking to Assisi Home of the Hospice (to present cheques), Tree Top Walk and then to a church over at Sengkang..

This year's walk for day 1 and 2.. seems like we're walking in a circle around the same area.. but well no choice.. got to go to Assisi Home to present cheque and cos of other logistics issues...and gosh.. It rained!!! ahha and silly me was trying to take pics of the lightnings.. but of cos.. i din managed to..

RAINBOW and Me!!

When there's a rainbow.. haha u can expect me to start taking pics... needless to say la.. cos I love rainbow... =) anywayz... I wished i could have stayed thru the WALk this year..but sigh .. no more leaves.....and yupz.. got good news that the New principal allows CCA to be on once a month on Sat.. yipee.. which means.. we can go back on Sat for Guides!!!!

and yes.. tribute to captain.. for all the hard work she put into Guides..for dedicating her life to SAC guides, for being such an important part of my life (watching me grow up, steering me from the darkside to the light) for being my great teacher, guider and fren.....
