Movie: Jarhead

Spend half my day in churchie today... we had the Annual Conferenece so after service ended, we stayed behind for the conference....

Thanks Charissa for being a life saver for helping me print those things out for always helping me in administrative thingy which i suck big time at...

Well my com is getting real MAd lately..i seriously think its time i start saving for a new com before this com of mine DIED on me.... i was typing away last night, when my keyboard fell and then the whole com went blank and gave out a loud "Di" sound... I off the main switch and decided to go str to bed... silly com... irritates me big time.. type a few words onli then Hang and the monitor keeps blinking..

Thank God i sent the files to Charissa earlier on... anyway.. back to the Annual conference.... well somethings were brought up on the way Youth meetings are conducted... Some parents are not happy over some of the youths behavior and attitude...

Charissa n me was talking about it..These parents dun know their own kids lor... and they got the cheek to blame the youths... i mean come on... all this points down to discipline and attitude.. the way GEL meetings are now..is ALL becos of the attitude n mindset of our youths.. and its sad to note that these youths are actually those who are born into a Christian famiy..

The way sunday school is, the way their parents teach their kids... its no wonder these days Teachers get sooo many complains... cos Parents these days blame everyone else for the way their kids turn out... everyone except themselves...

lala.. anyway.. after the conference... me met up with Lovable Boy... met him at Suntec at 6pm... i was there early at 5.15pm... so went to get the tix for the movie "Jarhead" before dropping by Mac to see my other Dear-SKee and haha got a free Milo from her...

Boy came, we ate dinner at this indonesian restaurant and went for our movie... I like movies with War as their theme.movies like: Black Hawk Down, A very Long engagement etc... kinda nice to understand the writer's point of view.. and also how different themes can be conveyed despite many thinking that the central theme around WAR movies being Violence, blood etc...

well we ended movie and we went home... went by Toa Payoh interchange..and we came to this "photo booth"... few months back Boy was saying we should go take picture in one of those photo booth for fun...and so since we passed the booth... he decided to take pictures...

But sad case... too advance liaoz.. they only allowed 1 shot.. previously machines took 4 shots.. so lala we din manage take funny shots.. but well 1 is better then nothing.. =)
